    @Heypleasehelpme if you has your own apartment or house you could try and be a hermit much to the dismay of the ppl around you who bring to think you are becoming strange. Religion began strange so whoever is religious is strange it’s no surprise! But in a good way. Most ppl don’t have a clue what it means to be a monk or hermit.     @silex_jedi i know like I could have just gone private but it was the right time to go and see a gp and get a scan referral purely in the hands of God it was. It’s not easy to be referred for a scan had to make up a good story which was truer than not. I have had back pain all those years!

    @Heypleasehelpme i managed to regain some form of control. Sleeping on my belly was not a good idea, or watching informative videos on YouTube. Contradictory to my general advice on abstaining from pmo. I usually say not to sleep on belly.
