I’ve been dealing with multiple addictive issues all my life, and been drug and alcohol free over 10 years. NoFap has been off and on for the last 3 years with my longest streak being 20 days of no PMO so far. I am also experienced in tantra and prefer not to release in favor of focusing on the woman. My goal is to not use porn anymore except in the context of a committed relationship, and even then very rarely, but never alone again. My NoFap goal is to only release in the context of a committed relationship or a maximum of once every 30 days since this is analogous to the female menstral cycle in which the system resets monthly.
