    Currently attending a university in North Carolina, will soon be entering my Junior year of school studying Psychology. Down the road I'd like to go for a full on PhD, and believe it or not, one of the first things I'd really like to do research on is pornography and masturbation and how these habits effect the mind and other factors that encompass a person's personality, energy, hobbies, etc. I do practice meditation daily (some good shit, just as important as nofap), workout often, strive to practice the philosophy of stoicism, am an active member of my fraternity and am an active ultimate frisbee player. So yes I have a fairly active lifestyle however I still struggle quite a bit with confidence and anxiety, all of which I realize I can overcome; and I believe nofap is a tool to help me achieve that greater version of myself.
