I am a 24 year old collage student, porn have being around me since 13 year old. I do it over three time a day, and I never really stopped it in the past 11 years. Now I am suffer from Anxeity and Mood disorder, my life fellen apart. There is no woman find me attractive although they are all admit that I am a good guy. Most of the day I find hard to concentrate if I don't watch pron. I really feel this is the biggest issue in my life now. Recently I met someone, she is from UK, and she is the best thinks could ever happen to my shit life. I want change and I need help. I watched Ted x Talk about porn addiction, they reference this group. I really hope some of you could share some ideas and trips to help me quit this addiction to be able to have a normal life. I really hope my life could get better, and free from the slavering of pron.
