The names louis, I am 28 years old and my journey began about 3 years ago when I was looking to conquer and get to the roots why I was an addict ( a smoker for 9 years and an opiate/heroin addict for 4 or so). To make a long story short, I was introduced to things like meditation, fasting, and abstinence from masturbation/sex through through some deep psychedelic experiences and some friends as a means to help cultivate discipline over indulgence in general, wether it was smoking, orgasm, or junk food. I realized the interconnectedness of my sexual energy and my indulgences in general after some time I was able to cultivate strength, willpower, and motivation to not need to suppress my emotions with unhealthy habits.
