It frightens me that normal porn doesn't turn me on how it used to, I dive into more extreme stuff. Need to think about how I deal with it.

It seems I am taking this addiction too lightly. For the past two day I relapsed . This is becoming harder and my self-control weakens.

I have to get over this and start again. If someone is reading this, stay strong and don't you dare let this poison take control over you.

Since last update on Dec 9 I was off porn.I had urges but I overcome them.Today it happened so easy, like I wasn't aware of it.Disappointed.

Today I relapsed to porn. I'm feeling disgusted. I thought I am done with it but I was wrong. I need to reflect and start again.

I will not update my status until I hit a big streak or something goes wrong. I will reset and then I'm off. Much success to everyone!

Started reading, meditate. I have to cut my gaming hours and start exercising. My mind is clear and I see improvements. 100% worth it!

Yesterday I hit 30 days without PM and I fapped without porn to see how I feel. I don't know how can I ever be addicted to this again.

3 weeks! This is the longest period without PM since I was 14-15. I really want to continue and just get rid of this! Till' next week.

I hit 2 weeks. This week I had strong urges cause I stayed in my room and studied a lot. That was hard but I didn't relapse! I'll go for 3!

Well it's been a week and I feel good. I have a good mindset how to approach this or any addiction. I will push further to 2 weeks.

This is my seven day, if I make it trough this one I will have a week streak! Urges were rare and I was busy so it's fine until now.

Second and third day was just like the first, sometimes it's just a small urge when I'm alone but it goes away pretty fast.

First day was kind of easy, felt a boost of confidence in me(maybe cause I got a haircut idk). My mind was off PM, we'll see how it goes.

Well this is it. I'm tired being a slave of the porn industry and of my urges. I realised I have a problem and I have to get rid of it.
