    Hi everyone, I recently joined this forum seeking Accountability Partner(s) to exchange with on a regular basis and support each other in our healing journey.

    I am a 34 years old gay man and I have struggling with an excessive use of porn/dating apps/sex since for aout 10 years now.

    I am neurodivergent (I have ADHD), which makes it particularly difficult for me to focus on my objective and quit porn. Apart from that, I am just a normal guy, quite happy in my life. I love nature and outdoors.
