    take deep breaths, get to confession when possible, think about reading psalm 51, and just know that we are here for you brother. We have all been in your shoes. But that won't stop us and it won't stop you, in even our weakest moments to press forward, try again, and learn from it all. I'll be praying for you!

    Prayers for you. I've definitely been in your shoes many times. The mistake at this point would be to stop trying. Back up and at 'em!

    One sin follows the other. It too happened to me.One thing u have to do is to either defeat the anger by prayer,meditation,exercise,etc or move away from those situations.May God bless u!
