There once was a time, after 18 months of abstaining, I honestly believed I was over P, then reality kicked in and I relapsed. What have I learned? To treat this as a life-long dedication, because the moment I let my guard down I can be be right back in the storm, especially with the content that is readily available on the internet...

Prayer only? With all due respect... It would be an excercise in futility, in my opinion. I've stressed this many times in the past, this addiction demands both spiritual and physical accountability to provide a higher probability of success.
