    My suggestion to all Christians....delete Instagram if you can!

    This morning was tough. Wife went to thr gym early. I had a couple hours then with nothing to do. Strong temptations. Got worse when i got on Instagram looking at youversion Bible verse of the day and oh my the suggestions / ads that came up. Came really really close to a "quick look what can it hurt" but resisted. Praise Christ!

    So happy for your victory this morning. I had to completely delete IG, as well -- too easy to peruse unmonitored photos.

    I had Instagram. I removed it. I put it back on. I removed it again. It needs to just stay deleted. It's a temptation I don't really need. Thank you for the encouragement and the reminder!

    Idk but I don't find Instagram to be a great trigger. I only followed good pages and thank God I got rarely sexual suggestion. My trigger are internal, sexual thoughts of past porn and It is HELL.

    I agree, Instagram is a haven of sexual images if you know where to look. Some of my relapses have been clicking on various hashtags until pictures of naked people are all over the screen. It's good to build up self-control before you go anywhere on the internet, really.
