Guys i relpased again i think of quitting the internet for some reason! cause i cnat control i think i will get destroyed by this relpasing ohh pls help me give tips or so?

If you can invest some money involve a therapist or counselor or coach. It's very inefficient if not impossible to quit all by yourself.

Please see carefully and ask yourself honestly : can I quit this by myself? If yes, What new information makes me think I can quit by myself? Since in the past I have failed to quit.

I lapsed again in the morning but its been a great success as lapsed only 2 times this week and without porn. Next time i will do it at least 15 days for sure.
