I'm so disappointed and ashamed to say that I've relapsed again, after a mere 11 days. I pretty much set myself up for failure this time. It's especially frustrating because I've been feeling pretty strong and free lately.

Hang in there! I guess that means it's just time to reset.

It’s ok. It happens to all of us. Write down what triggered you. That helped my first relapse. Stay strong, brother.

Happened to me too over last couple of days from a place of strength, confidence and freedom. Push in to find the merciful arms of Jesus in it though. He is there for you in it all

Quitting PMO is one of if not the hardest addiction to beat. Don't be sad that you relapsed after 11 days. How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. Stay strong and know that you can beat this!

This used to happen to me. There is a direct correlation between feeling STRONG and FAILING miserably. Rather now I feel rather WEAK... that His Strength may abound.

2 Corinthians 12:9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

That's a good point, thanks.

Give the guilt and shame to Jesus - it's his job to do the judging anyways. Your concerns are: what are you going to do about it, and how can you prevent it from happening in the future?
