Hello all. I've been a member of this forum for going on 2 years. I just stumbled on this group yesterday. It appears the former leaders have deleted their accounts and moved on. Hopefully they have recovered and are living their best life! I notice this group has not had a new thread posted for going on 2 years!

I sent @Cirilla a message last night expressing my desire to get this group going again and she got me promoted to group leader!

Just a little about me. I've been involved in the sport for over 25 years now. I have tried a lot of training programs and enjoyed much success. I've been a member of many bodybuilding groups in the past. All of them have since ceased to exist. This group is a dream come true for me. The reason is all the other groups I have been involved in had hateful/judgmental people, pornography, supplement reps pushing their products(I guess I was once one of those people), and inappropriate behavior in general. There are some bodybuilding groups that still exist but with things like triggering content I can not be a part of those groups. I know this is a place that will be free from all of that. It will be a safe place for us to discuss the sport while recovering from PMO.

We all have to start somewhere. I started as a 125 teenager with little muscle mass. I remember getting a lot of grief from others when I first started! Whether your goal is to lose body fat, build muscle, build stamina, powerlift, or maybe a little of all the above, I hope you will get involved so we can encourage one another.

While we work to achieve our physical goals, may we also encourage one another in the fight against PMO.

I joined the gym a few months back, but still this addiction makes me tired to go there regularly! I started buidling muscles since i was 14 years old. I haven't done much now that i have turned 40, I don't much motivation. I have to be involved in things that build me up and quit pmo for good.
