Can anyone explain what it means to give your hurt and struggles to God? How do you lift your pain to Him? I don't understand what this means since I'M the one struggling and having to deal with this everyday. I trust that He can deliver us all from sin, but I just don't understand.

if we feel pain, where is the pain coming from? if its under our control, control it , but if its out of our control , Obey God and faith in him .. follow Jobs example , if you are suffering it cause its the foundation of our faith
