    Brothers and Sisters,

    I gave up yet one more time. I know the struggle is going to be hard but sometimes I lose hope. Please pray for me so that I won't lose motivation and one day I will eradicate this from my life.

    Be a rubber ball. You hit the bottom. Feel bad about it. Feel bad fast, let it go and bounce. It doesn't take much to bounce higher that the bottom.
