I am with you guys. I find myself browsing Instagram looking at fitness models. The photos of a muscular chiselled booty has lead to relaps in the past, so im avoid it from the minute!

Oh God yes, @lotsofwords those images are very dangerous ! I have blocked Instagram and many of its mirror sites.

It took me a while to realise that getting up lots of images of fit chiseled physiques is ultimately no different to what others do when watching porn.

I think the same for myself. I originally started looking them up for fitness inspiration /motivation, but it became part of the PM problem.
