I am KIA and MIA. I noticed that you have to post everyday, sometimes 2x a day. If not, you will go back to your old habits. So day 1. I am humbled but more determined because I need to be free from PMO. I know that's what the Lord wants me to do. Thank you all who have reached out to me because I was MIA. I wanted you to know that I really appreciate that. The world has a lot to offer when in comes to sex, porn, lusts, etc. Staying true on a covenant path to Christ is not without peril but I feel that Nofap is that covenant way that would lead us to increased inner peace because of the avoidance of all those evil distractions. So everybody it behooves you to post everyday. That's the key.
