Hi and welcome. Where are you at in your journey? In withdrawal from PM/O? Trying to stop? In recovery? I'm in PM withdrawal (130 days) and just starting a recovery process. I have a GF so I have experienced sex & O during withdrawal, which is its own can of worms. sP and SSA has been a big piece of my puzzle in the last few years. More recently the compulsion has faded. My primary addiction symptom is obsessive compulsive cuckolding thoughts and desires. I recently started therapy to tackle the root causes. Good luck. Nofap and this group have been a huge help to me.
