Brothers, it is with a heavy heart that I share with you that I relapsed yesterday. My goal was 90 days and by God's grace and with His help, I reached 139. And yesterday I yielded to the flesh vs. the Spirit. I had all my devices locked down, but heading home after lunch with a friend, I remembered that there was an adult bookstore. Rather than chose to flee, I stopped there and watched porn for 20 minutes. I feel so alone, ashamed, disappointed, afraid, lost, and all the other emotions that some of you have experienced. Part of me feels that I have disqualified myself from being a part of this group of respected brothers. I have let you all down. Please forgive me. In the past, I would have covered it up. But I have learned the value of confession and being real vs. hiding. I am so very sorry. I am contemplating taking a break from NoFap. Please pray for me.

Don't take a break bro...You have no need to be ashamed here with us...but I understand why you would feel that way. I don't hold it against you and neither does the Lord. Its obvious you hate the fact that you gave in..That's because you have a good heart and want to so what's right..we slip sometimes bro..Don't be too hard on yourself. What amazing progress you have made! Such an inspiration is all I see in you! Forgive yourself and don't allow the condemnation to suck you into a hole..a righteous man quickly rises again and just keeps stepping..that's you brother! Don't run away from us just stay and focus on gettin past these first few days
