We all understand you. In fact, we all came here for nearly all the same reasons. I'll add my note of support. Like the others have said, it's just what happens. I suspect it has something to do with classical conditioning (well, she seems to enjoy this act, so I would too...), but that's just my guess at what happens on the way down. What's important here is breaking the cycle and getting the support. Everyone here is possible support and we've walked the path. Reach out when you're feeling weak.
