Seek therapy and be brutally honest with chem about your condition. I was suicidal for years. Finally opening up to a therapist a few weeks ago saved my life. now I’m recovering. There is hope!

Thanks for the hope.. I am really drained as I have tried to lift myself thousands of times.. But failed.. Please guys I beg you all to pray for me...

Not sure how much you’ve poked around this website yet, but for me I’ve found I must do specific daily recovery practices in order to stay sober.
