Hello everyone, I'm new here and I am hoping to meet some friends to help me through this. I don't have anyone around me who I can talk to or get through this with and I have been spiraling downward lately and I want to change it before I dig a hole I can't get out of. I have struggled with this problem almost half my life and have suffered because of it.
