    Relapsed on day 5 of quitting PMO. But now starting again. Can anyone tell me if the urges get stronger with time or is their light at the end of the tunnel????

    A think urges will be there with us forever, but during our journey we will all hopefuly learn how to deal with them and in the end it will get easier . Wish you good luck and strong willpower ;)
