I'm grateful for meeting up with my best man after many many years, not since my marriage break up have awe seen each other or really communicated. Good to reconnect and put to bed that period of my life.

I'm grateful for friendships with people where we can mutually support one another and grow at the same time.

I'm grateful for my increasing clarity of mind and sense of peace.

 

I am grateful the sun has finally come out to play again!

I am grateful to not be miserable at work. Since I didnt watch porn last night, i have a lot more energy and Im better at my job.

I am grateful to continue to eat well. (despite my abs going into hiding ;p)

 

Today,

Love the idea.

1 - I am grateful for having a good quality of life and the chance to study despite living in a third-world country (Argentina).
2 - I am grateful for being able to see the beauty of this world, despite only having monocular vision.

I'm grateful for 1 month of no PMO. Time to redouble my commitment and vigilance.

I'm grateful for having awesome people in my life.

1. I am grateful for my health - so many people have all the riches in the world but still cannot guarantee good health.

2. I am grateful for each new day - again it is not by might not strength but simply a grace from God.

3. I am grateful for this community and the opportunity for growth and freedom from PMO - I think about those that need help but can't find it, or still those that are ignorant to the harmful effects.

4. I am grateful to God for my family and friends - it's important to be around people you love, especially when sometimes in this world full of people you can feel so alone.

1 - I am grateful for the people around me, they always seem to be willing to help me. They also like me and I like them for who they are, as I can learn through difference.
2 - I am grateful for the progress I made in my 4 months studying Japanese. I started in December, with many doubts, but now I can say I can manage basic conversations and can understand a lot more.
3 - I am grateful for having the will to start this challenge for the second time, and the persistence to hold my streak for 99 days.

 

1. I'm grateful for being able to see my friend's performance. Yesterday I was able to meet new people and see my friend's performance.
2. I'm grateful for car space. I was able to find car parking space close by my friends's accommodation. It was secure and cost reasonable amount for an overnight stay.
3. I'm grateful for my coaching course dates. My coaching course dates doesn't clash with my working hours so I can happily work as well as obtain my coaching qualification.
4. I'm grateful for football manager being free over the weekend. Stream are doing a special offer currently whereby the latest football manager game is free to play over the weekend.
5. I'm grateful for my Spanish. My Spanish is continually improving and I feel more and more fluent.
6. I'm grateful for the school trip today. After a long drive, I am grateful that my remaining working hours of today was spent on a trip.
7. I'm grateful for this present moment. This present moment is blissful, joyful, positive and fulfilled.

 

I am grateful for surviving one day of fasting.
Especially after 4 hours after start my mind started to cheat me and was saying to stop - I didn't give up - +1 to resistance to difficulties
I am grateful of possibility to meet my friend and cheer him up.
I am grateful to existance of music ( )
I am grateful of having great professors at uni who are supporting me in finishing it.
I am grateful of hearing funny small talks in public transport.
