Courage dude! I am on day 4 at the moment and trying to figure out a strategy for the next while for me. Trying to figure out what my triggers are and how I can do better my next time. Exit strategies also when I am triggered. Exercise, walking or coming to this forum. Let's see what we can do this time around!

Update day 4: Trying to make excising a habit. I meditate every night before going to bed so that helps take away the tempting thoughts
Day 12 and feeling ok. Had an amazing day yesterday. Just tried to relax and spend time chilling and doing stuff I enjoy. Really good for recharging the batteries!
