Well im still on the track man... it was grace after all yeah man, pray a lot, take fasting... make it past 4 weeks, then u have all new habits man
Fiuhh... i've got sudden attack, yesterday night man, i feel sick so im decided to take a full rest, in that lonely time i almost fall, thx God im using filter and time limit app for my android, its helping me inthis kind of situation
Keep on going! The attacks will come but put the word against it or go outside! I'm in for just two weeks now and I have no urges at all because of the fear of the Lord. I want to invest in my eternity with God and I know that pmo will hold me back from that! Stay strong and seek Him!
Almost 15 days again! Still no urges or anything! This last month of the year I want to end it without pmo!
Listen! Proclaim who you are in Christ. In Him we are no longer a slave to sin! Man the word is becoming more and more alive to me! Submit to God and resist the devil! Take 5 minutes to calm yourself down. Go for a walk and take some fresh air and realize how far you have come!!
Day 18 almost finished! Very grateful to be on the right track! No urges!! Not one moment that I wanted to go looking for that rubbish stuff! I pray that I may continu this way! My focus is on the Lord and He leads me out of this bondage! Whom the Son sets free is free indeed!

Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own 20 you were bought at a price.Therefore honor God with your bodies.
three weeks have gone by and still pmo free! Let it be that this month will he be a winner! Every month the last two/ three years I relapsed but not this time! It must stop now and forever!
I made it a month. Why should I go 2 more months? I am so horny. If I think about sex or if I am talking to a woman my balls will hurt. So I have to avoid thinking about it. I seem to be talking to more women now.
