My 30 to 60 to 90 days challenge

Pmo does not bring satisfaction. You don't need it because it will make feel worse after. It feels good (very short) so when you're abstaining from it you may think again that it ain't such a bad thing but that's the lie. Keep in going and it will get better!

24 days are done and no pmo God is good! Since I read a book by John Bevere about eternity I no longer long for pmo and I have no urges at all! It is by the grace of God it goes well! I pray I will continu this way!!

Yess! These last days of the year must be ended with good and nice things! I am glad that it goes well You are doing a fantastic job almost 80 days!!!! I am following you with almost 30 But I feel so much better without pmo! Let's keep this up!

Eey man, I know what it is to fail and fail again. If you read trough this thread it took me a long time to come to 28 days.. but what changed for me was this. Last month november I realized that again there was no single month in the past year without pmo. It frustrated me so than I began to keep my head up and said december I will not fall into pmo. Very strongly I decided that it was enough. No looking for p no searching for triggers. So 27th of november I started. After a week I began to read a book about eternity, since I am a christian I believe in eternal life with God and that I can invest in it right now. I learned that things like p distract me from that and so I completely lost my interest in pmo till this day. I have not any urges and while I read that certain people get depressed I get filled with joy because I don't fill my life with pmo anymore but with God. The book was from John Bevere and it really woke me up.

Than again I don't know you, it may be that you don't believe in God or such. But I can say it is what is helping me right now. But let me tell you this, you can overcome this if you really want to there is a way. Learn to be strong, if any triggers come or urges, don't pay attention to it! Keep your head clear. Pmo is a lying and deceiving business and it does not give you true joy and peace!

 

Day 29 is passed and day 30 has begon. Thanks be to God for leading me out of this bondage!
