After I relapsed yesterday, I had no choice but to finish reading Quit Porn Easily and remind myself of the principles to be free of PMO. It is now time to fully apply the principles to get rid of porn in my life.

I'm re-reading one book as well. Reading a book is not enough. We lose a lot of information. Reading again may lead to better memorization. Additionally, when I read I keep thinking about all the nofap principles and that boosts my confidence. According to my kindle, it will require about 7 hours to complete the book but it will take longer. I usually try to read 5 percent at one go. So for this week I've got a lot to process while building a streak. :)

You are absolutely right. I found I had forgotten almost 90 % of what I read. Rereading good books is something I will do this year. In addition, applying principles I find helpful immediately will also help me remember well.

My reading has slowed down significantly. This is intentional. I have been reviewing and meditating on the books I read in the previous month especially Quit Porn Easily. This year application is king.

It seems to be a great book. I love dystopian fiction.

An event with a strong emotional charge becomes a memory. The memory gets triggered by some associations that are vaguely similar and they produce the emotion. An addict is trapped by memories and thoughts from the past instead of thinking of the future, making plans and evoking positive emotions related to the future.

This is loose paraphrase of the wisdom in Joe Dispenza's book.

Never heard of it, although I've read several of his novels, including: "Maze of Death" and "Blade Runner" (the latter was my favorite for a long time).

It was his first published book! I watched the original Blade Runner the other day, and found it so boring, although I can imagine the book would be much better for the concepts involved.
