I'm also digital detoxing - not total abstinence from digital detox but strict 2 hour limits and I typically leave my phone at home when I'm at work. It wasn't even lust that I gave into, but dysphoria. I guess it's at least good that I got a taste of its benefits. Can anyone recommend any books to rad on these topics?
