Checking in. Feeling much better. Got a new kitty, which has been really tough. She’s shy and is consuming so much of our free time. My wife still acts depressed from the loss of our previous kitty, but I’m not sure how to help.
ending 4 day streak now. didn't feel as good this time. normally 4 day break feels great but i used M and O many times too. yuck. streaks: 4/4/1/1/4 days
Reset for me, ending a 19 day streak. Had wonderful sex with the wife last night, but the chaser effect got me today.
Day 12 after breaking a 60 day streak. Just have to remember the binge made me feel terrible once it was done. And not a single one of those O’s felt better then the pride I felt at fixing myself.

Good thing it was just MO. If you don't watch or read P, then the desire to do M will also disappear with time. Because the whole reason for doing MO is a consequence of P, and scenes from P will remain in your head for a long time. When the desire to do M arises, resist it with all your might and start doing something else. I wish you patience and a strong desire to fight back and never give up and God will come to your aid.

Hi all checking in...found myself slipping recently, haven't looked at P but been edging more and had more lustful thoughts and touching myself etc...need and want to get on top of it so going to start 10 minutes of uddiyana bandha yoga practice to help ith the sexual energy tonight.
