you don´t have to prove anything to anyone bro, especially to yourself. You´re already completely good and worthy, as you are. You reflect your inner goodness outside, like the sun that spreads it´s rays. You do not gain worth from outer accomplisments. Because outer accomplisments (gains, deeds, praise, approval...) are always conditional. You have unconditional love, dignity and worth because you´re a human being. Nothing can take or add value to you. That´s your core basis to live and to dethrone this addiction.

Day 0 Yesterday middle of the night when I was doing my urgent academic work, my mind was covered with bad urges.I couldn't resist that evil.Finally I lost the fight and watched a p*** video.But fortuantely I didn't masturbate.Working in the middle of the night isn't a good idea for me.It was caused to relaspe. I learnt lot by analyzing that situation.I think, Adding an another meditation session will help to control my mind. Good luck brothers!
