Day 2 @bellator de Christi . Last night was extremely difficult, I almost relapsed. It feels like I'm loosing control, need to do something asap. Meditation or something, any help is appreciated.
Are you doing anything like peeking or edging? In moments when you feel tempted the best thing to do is leave the area and go somewhere else. Make a plan so you know where to go when you feel tempted. checking in.
I haven't peeked nor edged but my mind is attacking me constantly with memories and fantasies, especially when I'm about to sleep. As I'm not allowed to fantasise or pursue any sexual thoughts I'm just letting them pass, however it starts to get extremely difficult since I'm getting attacked all the time...
Healed. I took a day off and worked on myself. I did a guided meditation, followed by a long cold shower, then another guided meditation and a walk in the woods. After that I listened to a very good podcast about how dopamine works (Huberman Lab Podcast #39). Now I'm feeling way more stable.
