DAY 12 COMPLETED Day 13 Begins Thanks all of you to motivating me thats why i am living a happy life.
Day 30 completed! Observations: - getting focused on activities and goals helps hugely. I had big work projects on, plus booked myself lots of golf. - Plan out your time. I would relapse when i was tired, usually on a Saturday, when i didnt have a plan for the day. But there's satisfaction in getting things done. - I struggled most after 3 weeks, getting stronger urges (and dreams). Put your phone down and know that it will pass. - i restarted mediation again in the morning. Have been going for 8 days now. Give your mind some space. Good luck crew!
