@Taran7 checking in! Working on my morning routine -> going for a walk, cold shower, meditation and healthy breakfast. Feeling some urges/tension down there. Going to observe it and stay away from engaging in it. Deep breaths everytime I feel overwhelmed. btw. quite crazy to see how early and in what freq is my mind occupied with sex thoughts. Right from the start sex thoughts everywhere
Chekking in @ToMMy.H Great thing you are changing your routine!I try to have a cold shower every day no matter what and it feels great.Also going for morning runs two or three times a week. Now about the urges...Some random urges and triggers will always be present but in my experience that constant craving for sex and porn is mostly only apparent after a relapse.The so called chaser effect.This is what leads us to binging (my personal experiences).Be extra carefull these days!For me those constant urges always escalate in one big extra powerfull one.If you resist it its much easier from there.But its a brutal fight.DONT LET IT BEAT YOU!YOU ARE STRONGER THAN THIS! @Taran7 I am still fighting too! This video is very handy. I almost always fail to execute this strategy, but I think is super powerful: As soon as the thoughts come do not engage and just observe it You start with deep breaths -> count the breaths If that doesnt work then cold showers, walking outside of the house. I must say I was very disciplined/busy these 3days so not any crazy urges, but they are coming, thats the sure thing and I am prepared with the stated strategy. I also blocked instagram data. Trying to stay away from any kind of trigerring content. Lets keep on going, keep on fighting!
@Taran7 checking in! The first mild urges appeared today morning. I remembered the deep breath strat and also immediately woke up and went for walk. I am prone masturbator all my life - now i am 26 and have masturbated differently than prone. Thats why mornings are the most dangerous for me. Everytime I lay in bed its a fucking danger zone

@ToMMy.H Been sick for the last couple of days.I was expecting more dificulties with urges while beeing stuck at home but it all goes rather smoothly.Maybe because of my total lack of energy but still.Try locate in wich room/bed are you most likely to relapse in.It may sound kinda stupid but a simple change in surrounding worked wonders for me. Stay strong!
