Day 9 Slowing down, feel like i hit a wall today, that's the dopamine withdrawals. Had to just get in bed couldn't keep my eyes open. I know i need to be careful. Gonna work out as much as i can and get in that ice bath, even though i know its gonna suck giant balls.....hopefully i can do more tomorrow.

57 checking Had an interview for a work. It is still tough as always in this period searching for it when you're still studying. But I am not giving up. Adjusting the plan, not the goal.
Day 5. Today I had my first huge urges so I just went outside for a walk. Everything else was well and good just like yesterday. So hyped for 1 week.

Day 6. I don't normally do this but today I went for a run after workout because I had so much energy like I was really impressed by myself. Again today was a great day and I realized that I am more happy now because I don't feel like loser. I never felt like this before in my life so I am really surprised. It's just day 6 but I already feel way better about myself than ever before. NoFap is really the key to new life.
