Congratualtions! Same. This lockdown makes this really freaking hard. I relapsed again last night. Ah, gotcha. That is an extra thing that people do... it isn't an official part of the challenge. If you want to do it, you can just manually type it into your signature and then update it manually whenever you get promoted.
Do you already word out? It saved me during the lockdown. I use an intervall timer and do 10 minutes of jumping jacks and similar exercieses in the beginning and after it I do a brutal hard HIIt workout with super sets. Maybe hard training could get you back on the track.
Yes, I just started doing a workout routine... weightless for now because I don't have any equipment and the gyms aren't open. Pushups, squats, that kind of thing. I've been running regularly pretty much ever since I've been doing NoFap and have found that incredibly helpful in the past. I've been slacking this week. I had exams and I was up late watching porn, so if course I don't have energy for exercise when I wake up. It's my mindset that's been off more than anything. I haven't been feeling like myself for the past month or so. I've been seeing some improvements though, so hopefully things will start going better. I had my last exam today, so I'm trying to think of this as a new start. First thing tomorrow, I'm going to plan out my day to keep myself busy and hopefully get a good streak going.
