Got 2 workouts in this week: Yesterday evening I did about 100 pushups in my apartment; then I ran-walked on the beach for approximately an hour. I trained this afternoon: 3 x 500 jumpropes 3 x flat DB chest press 3 x 20 dips 3 x skullcrushers
I have zero knowledge . I find out that even though I am strong for my fitness goals I cannot go without flexibility . So I am wondering, how to start being more flexible . It is stretching and good food I suppose . So, I am wondering everything about stretching .
Trained yesterday: 2 x 500 Jumpropes 2 x deadlifts 2 x bentover DB lat raises 2 x lat pulldowns 2x farmer's carries

Worked today on biceps and triceps, also I'm completing a 22 day push up challenge recommended on Athlean-X, today was day 5 > test day, so far 34 pushups
