[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Finished day 2 with confidence. Had some minor urges today, but nothing I could not handle. I also read some comments of people who relapsed and really seemed to struggle with their urges, which made me think that some people (even myself sometimes) must go through hell to complete this challenge and take the first steps. I hope those people will be inspired by the following quote: "If you are going through hell, keep going, don't stop to take pictures. Why would you ever stop in hell? Keep your head up and keep moving forward when times get tough." (Inspired by a quote from Wally Amos, 1996)

Day 2! Keeping busy, and that really helps. Had a bit of temptation, but with a bit of diversion, I overcame it.

Forgot to post yesterday. Yesterday was day 1 of 7 and today at this time, I'm halfway through day 2 of 7. Stay occupied, my brothers and sisters. Above the waistline!!

Day4/7 yesterday evening i have some sort of disturbance but i manage to continue in my challenge.

I literally just relapsed and was pissed off untill i saw this forum so time to dust myself off and get back on my feet, day 0 here
