[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 2/7 - couldn't post yesterday

 

I am so done with my porn addiction. I have PIED combined with frequent urges, which I mostly cured exactly one year ago after a streak of 75 days. After that, I fell back in the same old pattern and my PIED returned. Now, I want to make a change, and I start right here, right now!

Also relapsed. Disappointing, as I was literally just a few hours from managing to complete this challenge, but only barely making it to the seven days seems almost like cheating anyway. And this is the best I have been doing ever since I started keeping track about a year ago! So, let's go again!

Forgot to post again. Darn this sixth day urge. I saw others posting about it but I didn't think it was a common occurrence. I even have my own commemorative migraine, but hey...
6 days without an incident.

Day 4/7 (or will be in a few hours). Kept thinking of P yesterday, kept wanting to go to my 'happy'/accepted place. Probably because I was on my computer all alone in my house working. Long day today so should be ok.

 

5/7 now. Lupus didn't write anything when on holiday.

 

On day two here,

Yesterday was difficult! But pushed through.

 

Day 0. Gotta get back on the train. I don't really like how I've been treating things. I'd like to go through a week without PMO and revisit how I feel.
