So the way this will work is there are three categories (squat, deadlift, bench press), only post your lift if it is stronger than the lift in the post before, and only in the categories it is stronger in. That way we can eventually get the best squat, deadlift, and bench press here (or at least close). Don't lie. heres mine bench: 285 squat: 300 deadlift: 350
it has been a while tho so i doubt i still can, i still work out but i lost my partners so i dont bench heavy like i was doing.
bench - 245 squat - 255 ass to grass high bar deadlift - 335 with hook grip @~168 body weight all my lifts are raw -- no belts, wraps, straps or other assistance devices
I can bench 305 lbs (touching my chest) and I weigh 155 lbs. I can’t squat or deadlift much though because I had bone cancer in my Leg requiring 12 surgeries when I was a teenager.
thats pretty impressive for weighing 155 lbs. Youre the top bench so far. Sorry about your cancer, glad you survived.
