When it comes to men, whether it is in this modern society or stone age there was always a specific definition of what does it mean to be a man. We would sometimes hear thing such as "be a man" "man up" or "if you were a real man..." Nowadays we often see people going back and forth with definition and art of manliness, everything became so blurry with all these standards set... it becomes very confusing. So many different ideologies that oppose each other. So i am asking you people, what does it mean to be a man and what does it take to become one ?
John Wayne Dean Martin Frank Sinatra Boba Fet (the Fet) Tony Soprano Silvio Dante Han Solo Lando carizion Lennox Lewis I gues what I’m saying is tough on their own way and also charismatic
I dont really like the term "real man" or "real woman." We are all real people. Weak, scrawny, cowardly men are still men. They may not be particularly "manly," but they are still real men and dont deserve to be mocked or ridiculed, especially for things that are beyond their control, like their size or height or trauma in their life that causes them to be emotionally weaker or whatever.
"Walk toward the fire. Don’t worry about what they call you. All those things are said against you because they want to stop you in your tracks. But if you keep going, you’re sending a message to people who are rooting for you, who are agreeing with you. The message is that they can do it, too.” ― Andrew Breitbart
Well, Jesus Christ is a perfect example of what a man should be, and the qualities that men, and even women, should harbour.
Ohh boy lol... I asked this question for the sake of discussion to see different views. Not to full-fill my insecurities ? I have my own standards to it don't worry i just did not share it.
