I made a plan, and part of my plan is to write in my reboot journal for 30 days, as well as read God's Word and pray daily. In addition, review the pros/cons of NoFap daily. Also, I plan on reading success stories from this website once a day.
It’s very similar to my plan. While I am a believer, I don’t practice very often. I will pray for strength when needed and I am thankful for all I have. I also am trying to exercise more often to keep my mind active and prevent it from thinking about all the reasons I look for comfort in PMO. Idle hands are the tool of the devil, I once heard. I’ve seen throughout my life that it’s true. Keep coming around here, there are a lot of inspirational stories and journals to help you along your way.
Dropping in on this site daily has been the foundation of my success. Never in 40 years have I been feeling this good about who I am and it is entirely on behalf of standing solid in a place of no shame. Keep checking in here and brace yourself for what may be the biggest challenge of your life. It has been for me.... but you know that screaming feeling of plunging down the back side of the roller coaster when you put your hands up? That's me bro.... at day 59. And it is awesome. Good luck. Make some plans for the challenges ahead based on what you read here. We're here for you! DC
Being in the Word daily has changed everything for me and helped me succeed thus far. I'm so grateful for this community, use them and be of service. The challenges are significant and real. For me my failures have been assuming I can do this. I can't, only through the grace of God will I succeed.
Although I have a long way to go, I feel (and my wife has noticed) I've made a lot of personal progress with daily journaling here, reading scripture, praying, and getting exercise of some kind. You're on the right track bro. Keep with it. HD
That's a good strategy, it's important ot stay determined and focused every single day. You will make progress here my friend ! Goodluck
