Restarted Krav Maga when I got home for Christmas break. Haven't worked out that hard in 6 months. Straight up more endorphins than a 3 or 4 jackoff session. Feels great to be back alive.
Lost a whole long streak... But now I know I can do it. I'll reach even further! Time to move on! Day 0/21. - I hope to implement cold showers & workouts in my life now! - Also, hopefully to work around my parents instead of being alone (this often causes my relapses).
You're totally right, willpower is the only thing (or not really but the most important thing) that can make us stop that.
