Looks like you are relying on WILL POWER a little too much. Understand that willpower is finite. In your weakest moments, i.e, when you are stressed or extremely tired, you can't rely on it. You can try scheduling your study time, don't sit for long hours at a stretch at one place, meditate in the morning or evening time. There are videos on youtube on how to get quality sleep. This will drastically reduce your stress levels. Since, in your case this seems to be the strongest trigger, find ways to reduce your stress levels. Like, don't consume coffee in the evening. Better yet, if you can, substitute it with green tea. Great way to reduce overall stress and fatigue in my opinion. Also there a couple of Yogic exercises that i do to keep fatigue in check. Let me know if you want to try out this method. Apart from that, keep grinding bro! But also remember the purpose of your struggle!
Day 16/30: Grateful for The Internet – for connecting you and others despite the physical space between you. And despite having all other negative things around it.
I decided to restart my 30d challenge. beside 1) quitting P, I should: 2) keep working on my research on weekdays (about 9:00-11:30 and 15:00-17:30); on weekend, work for at least 0.5h 3) go to bed before 24:30 4) don't touch snacks after 14:00, and 1h after meals if I break rule 2-4, I should restart my challenge here; if I do porn, I should reset my counter. I'm determined to do this, for rule 2-4 is closely related to my procrastination and porn-addition. a new start, and I'll try my best! day 0/30
Rejection is better than regret. At-least you had the courage to approach the said girl/woman who is/was "Out of your league"! I recommend reading The Rational Male – Rollo Tomassi. He perfectly explains the concept of 'leagues' among other ideas on masculinity.
