Just take them all in order. The purpose of the different lengths of the challenges is to make you feel you actually achieve something. When you just relapsed you need the strongest support possible. That's why you should take the 3-day challenge. It's only three days, you can do it! Right? Then when you complete it, jump over to the 7-day challenge and do your best to complete it, and so on. If you ever relapse, start with the simplest challenge because in the beginning you need the biggest support you can get. Go over to the 7, 14, 30, 60-challenge once you complete all easier challenges in a row. Let it take the time it takes.
4/60 Sorry i was not updating, had a lot to do and by the time it was night was tired . I went for confession on Sunday . Am back on track now
Day 0/60 I hit 44 days then I relapsed several times over the span of a few weeks I'm feeling so tired... and unfocused But we all start somewhere... might as well start picking it up right now.
Day 20/60, a third of the way done and it's so much easier to get through a day than it was at the beginning
