Description fits me exactly, I'm in. I'll be waking up at 5:30am unless I have training from which I won't be back until 1230-1ish, in which case 8:30am. Today woke up at "way too late" so looks like I'll be starting tomorrow.
Been sleeping terribly, was up for about an hour and a half, but passed out later. I think I'd feel better in making tomorrow my day one and making sure I tire myself out today

Sorry for not being here for so long @Mysteryball and thanks for welcoming new members! I can't remember when I woke on time, I have to change something with my life. I'll take a cold shower now and start writing my new journal, hope it will help.
Well, today is still day 0. Having a bit of a bout if insomnia, maybe in no small way related to porn addiction. I am going to do my best to sleep on time tonight and get up on time tomorrow
I'm gonna try a different approach: since I have a month off of school I'm going to first habituate myself to immediately getting up, and since I normally come back from training late, I'm going to make it 830 instead
