Do stuff too, if you just sit around waiting for the changes and the benefits then you won't get the best out of Nofap, it's the summer, go out, meet friends, make new friends, read a book, exercise etc. Once you start ''doing stuff'' then the benefits will come as a bonus, congrats on 2 days tho!
it depends on many variables age, the frequency of PMO, etc. for me it was around week 1-3 that i felt different. then i went into flatline for a month or so. Then around day 95+ i felt great again and on day around 115-120 i went into flatline again. dont focus on the day counter or on the benefits. just say to yourself that PMO is not an option. I did that from the 1st day and it's very easy. I dont see it as a challenge, but as a lifestyle change.
^^ Words to live by. Be patient. If you must do something learn about healthy ways to get serotonin and dopamine to release in your brain. Socializing, accomplishment, laughter, sunlight, carig for others, selflessness, meditation, healthy eating, exercise. As the above replies said, you need to include healthy activities in your life, not just remove the unhealthy ones.
