5/60 Today was a busy day with school work. Preparing for exams. After class rested. In the evenings i was working on school work till late at night (I was taking breaks). Exhausted going to bed now

Well done. I read an article today about the life of a porn model. She commented on the fact that in the studio when filming.how.many people are in.the.studio. cameraman,technical team etc. I thought about.how when I.was a kid I would not.be.interested in.horror films by thinking about.all the.people on.set. This way of contextualising makes P a lot more real and.breaks up the.fantasy for me. Also changing the.settings on my phone to black.and white makes video and.the.screen much.less stimulating or.interesting. Well done.for walking.the.talk Thank you
I keep slipping at the mo. But something thats been causing me a lot of stress is about to end, not that is an excuse and i was weak for sure, however i have learned from it and i will definately do better next time. I am going to beat the pmo addicstion. With God by my side, giving me strength and focus.
Today is 57 out of 60 also doing a 90-day challenge and 120 day challenge and me and my wife are doing it together it appears I have this challenge in the bag or should I say balls on so fellas the trick to this is stamina, self self-preservation, will power and determination, dedication, commitment, finding a way to put your extra energy into other things like treadmill, weight lifting, woodworking, yard work, ride the bike, anything else but pmo there's a lot of other choices out there.
