Now thats some pussy ass shit. You gotta give your MAXIMUM EFFORT everyday. First day 20 secs? Fuck that. Do 4 sets of 45 everyday until you reach the strength to do 4 sets of 2 or 3 mins. Or just hold as much as you can till you die. Warrior mode bitches Still, check out what your body says. Dont get injured. You may need to rest one day. And fuck the 30 day challenge. This is for life. A life style. Not only with the core, but with the whole body, and the mind.

Well done! How is it going? I'm on day 14 and I'm holding the plank until exhaustion, which now happens after 2:30 minutes. Can't wait to reach 5 minutes! I've also tried this killer abs workout, if y'all wanna give it a go!
