[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

I agree. I have stopped watching all TV shows and netflix until I feel my mind is strong enough to handle steamy scenes from these shows without feeling the need to fap.

Only thing I watch these days on TV is sports.

6/7. So happy with myself right now. Learned some important stuff about myself this week.

 

Day 3: I feel with a bit of more energy. I was unwillingly exposed o potentially triggering content, but could control myself (thanks, panic button) I'm reaching my closest mark: Day 4.

Day 6/7 today. Woke up in the middle of the night last night and almost had a relapse. Somehow fought the urges and managed to sleep again. I have had no urges since waking up this morning. So its all good.

Almost there! Had an erotic dream last night, but seemed to dissipate fairly quickly this morning as I got ready for work. A bit concerned about this weekend as I don't have any big plans and my car is not in good shape, so hesitant to drive it before it gets repaired. One more day! I think I can
