I agree. I have stopped watching all TV shows and netflix until I feel my mind is strong enough to handle steamy scenes from these shows without feeling the need to fap. Only thing I watch these days on TV is sports.

Day 6/7 today. Woke up in the middle of the night last night and almost had a relapse. Somehow fought the urges and managed to sleep again. I have had no urges since waking up this morning. So its all good.
Day 6/7 Almost there! Had an erotic dream last night, but seemed to dissipate fairly quickly this morning as I got ready for work.
